Brief: Develop a design for a commemorative coin that would celebrate the outstanding achievements of an individual that made a significant contribution that impacted our lives on the global scale. The first side of the coin should include a profile of the individual. The second side should include a simple graphic translation symbolizing the essence of their contribution. There should also be a design for a coin case.
Concept: I chose to commemorate Emmeline Pankhurst. She was a British political activist who fought most of her life for women’s right to vote and became the lead of the suffragette movement in Britain.
